Which is better Le Cordon Bleu, Orlando Culinary Institute,or The Art Institute of Culinary Arts?

Hi I’m going to be a senior next year and I’m really thinking about persuing a career as a chef. I just wanted to know which one of these culinary schools are better?

I worked with people from Le Cordon Bleu , and they were very well skilled.I would not however go to any culinary school without first experiencing at least a years worth of work in a kitchen at least to learn a few knife skills or at least to see if it is your destiny.

There are many good culinary schools though out the world, you will have to make a decision for yourself as to which is best by research. I would recommend also apprenticing in a good kitchen. I apprenticed under a master chef when I was 16. That is how I learned that I would never cook for a living – only for pleasure…
