Culinary arts = all to do with cooking
Culinary management = basically, kitchen & service staff management
Art of cooking = knowing how to cook
Baking = applying heat to cook something
Pastry = dessert making

If you are thinking about applying to school, don’t.
You need experience in the industry before school to make the most of your time and money.
After you have worked in food service, you will have the answers to your questions.
