Culinary arts is a program that allows you to get training and a degree towards being a chef and cooking/baking professionally. The art of cooking is a hobby, a technique.. you can understand the art of music, but to get a degree you must acquire training.

Culinary art is typically used when you have skills and/or an education in culinary arts. There are several schools that offer Culinary Arts programs like Scottsdale Culinary Institute in Scottsdale, AZ. It’s well known across the country. The art of cooking is just the ability to cook…probably won’t get you a career as a chef or running your own restaurant–you need a degree for that!!
