Which is better? California Culinary Academy or taking the culinary course at the Art Institute in SanFran, CA
I’m considering going into the culinary arts and I need to know the cost of the Art Institute and which you think is better?
Any experiences in any one of them?
I have a few questions about this:
- What does it take?
- What do they teach you?
- Do they teach you about the basics, such as the equipment and the terms?
- What should you know before you take the course?
BTW: I’m posting this question in the cooking section because I know many of you who are in this section have went to culinary school or have taken culinary arts courses.
